Under Construction for 2026 season
Stephanie Muniz Nerette is a native Floridian with a lifelong passion for cycling and a deep commitment to teaching others. In her 20s, she raced competitively on the Southeast mountain biking circuit, earning multiple sponsorships in recognition of her achievements.
After stepping away from racing to pursue a career in the medical field, Stephanie became a firefighter/paramedic and later a Nurse Practitioner. Today, she co-runs a medical practice in Weston, Florida, alongside her husband, all while maintaining her dedication to fitness and cycling.
Her coaching journey began in 2022 when her daughter took an interest in mountain biking through Top Step for Kidz, a local youth development club. In 2023, she expanded her role to coach for the NICA league after her daughter joined a composite high school racing team. Stephanie specializes in endurance riding and thrives on pushing her physical limits.
Her accomplishments for 2024–2025 are a testament to that drive. Highlights include:
GFNY Puerto Rico – 85 miles with over 7,000 feet of climbing – Podium Finish 2nd
Orlando to Weston – 225 miles in a single day on a road bike
GFNY New York – 85 miles and 7,000+ feet of climbing – Podium Finish 1st
Stephanie travels across the U.S. and Puerto Rico to compete and continues to set high standards for herself, turning what many consider impossible into reality through determination, consistency, and focused training. She brings this same mindset to her coaching, aiming to empower the next generation of riders with the belief that discipline, and perseverance can lead to success in all areas of life.
