The 2025 Florida Interscholastic Cycling League race season kicks off the weekend of February 1–2 at Caloosahatchee Regional Park in Alva, near Fort Myers. This opening weekend features a time-trial format on fast, flat trails shaded by scenic tree canopy — a great way for athletes to start the season and establish initial seeding.
Race #2 takes place February 15–16 at Dyer Park in West Palm Beach. Known for its perimeter loop built around a 55-foot landfill, Dyer offers exposed, challenging terrain and solid elevation changes — a favorite among experienced riders.
On March 8–9, the league travels north to Aterro Park in Jacksonville for Race #3. This venue features newly built trails on a repurposed landfill with technical climbs and descents,.
Race #4 is set for March 22–23 at San Felasco State Park in Alachua. Riders will enjoy a mix of flowy singletrack, rooty twists, and beautiful North Florida scenery across nearly 40 miles of interconnected trails.
The final race of the series, Race #5, happens April 12–13 at the JR Alford Greenway in Tallahassee. This course includes open fields, red clay singletrack, and approximately 326 feet of elevation gain per lap — a fun and scenic way to wrap up regular-season competition.
The season concludes with Adventure Day on May 3–4 at the legendary Santos Vortex Trailhead in Ocala. While not a race, this end-of-season celebration is packed with riding, activities, and the highly anticipated awards ceremony.
