Under Construction for 2026 season
Panther Composite is a youth mountain bike team based in Broward County, Florida. We welcome students in grades 6–12 from all schools — public, private, charter, and homeschool. Whether you're new to biking or already riding trails, there's a place for you here.
Middle & high school students (grades 6–12)
Must live or attend school in Broward or Miami-Dade County
No racing experience needed — we coach all skill levels!
What You Need
To get started, you'll need:
A mountain bike in safe working condition
A properly fitted helmet
Closed-toe shoes
Water bottle or hydration pack
A positive attitude and willingness to learn!

Where We Ride
We hold practices at several local parks, including:
Markham Park MTB Trails (Sunrise)
Vista View Park (Davie)
Brian Piccolo Velodrome (Cooper City)
Practices are typically held 3–4 times per week during the season.
Race Season Overview
We compete in the Florida Interscholastic Cycling League (FL NICA). The official race season runs January–April, with fun and skill-building rides starting in the fall.
Racing is encouraged — but not required. All riders are welcome, whether they want to compete, train, or just have fun on the trails.
